Campus phone services experiencing intermittent audio issues

UC San Diego campus phone services are experiencing intermittent audio issues. Some callers may hear echo, static, or other unexpected sounds after a call connects. If this occurs, please disconnect and place the call again. The ITS Telecom Voice Team is working with our carrier and vendor support teams to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additional updates will be provided as troubleshooting progresses.

Shiley Eye Center phone lines are experiencing echo and static during calls. The ITS Telecom Teams are working to resolve. These services may be slow or unavailable at this time.
