Scheduled

ITS has scheduled the following maintenance:

What: Replace Expiring Certificate Used by UCSD Protected wireless system
When: Tuesday, July 14 at 6:00 a.m. PT

Message: On Tuesday, July 14 at 6:00 a.m. PT, ITS will be replacing the existing certificate being used by the UCSD wireless system for authentication due to the current certificate nearing its expiration date. After the certificate is changed you may get a message on your devices telling you it has been changed. This is normal and the new certificate from "Auth.ucsd.edu" should be accepted.

If, for some reason, your device is still unable to join UCSD Protected after the certificate change, try having your device forget the network and then try to re-connect to UCSD-Protected. If you still are having problems then please contact the Service Desk at (858) 246-4357 or email servicedesk@ucsd.edu.

Please contact ITS Service Desk at (858)246-HELP(4357) or servicedesk@ucsd.edu if you have any questions or concerns.
