Monitoring
ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with Office 365 license errors. If you are still experiencing issues, please try these steps:

1. Open any Microsoft Office desktop app (e.g. Outlook, Word, etc.)
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select 'Sign out'
3. Sign back in and click on the yellow 'Re-activate' button

Investigating
ITS is investigating issues with Office 365 apps (such as Outlook, Word, etc.) We are currently working with Microsoft on a resolution, and no user action is needed at this time.
