Monitoring
ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with SDSC loss of connectivity. This issue was a result of a network loop on the SDSC side. The culprit machine was mac dropped. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure our services have been restored. Engineers have isolated the issue and resolved the immediate problems. They are now working with network vendors to address the underlying cause of the outage.
