What: reload network switch rsnt-erc-geneva-e-9300-stk
When: Tuesday, July 28, 2026 between 3 AM and 5:30 AM
Scope: reload the switch to upgrade the IOS software code to resolve errors occurring on the switch.
Impact: loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to network switch rsnt-erc-geneva-e-9300-stk for approx 30 minutes.
The switch is located at Eleanor Roosevelt College Building Geneva-East.
