On Tuesday, July 21 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PT, IT Services will be conducting maintenance for the TSE Transact (now Illumia) system to convert Student PID numbers to the new Campus TSN numbers.
Service Impact:
During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable: • ID Card Services (card printing and the Online Photo Submission Tool) • Mobile Ordering • eAccounts • Just Walk Out locations
Please note: Summer Dining locations will be open standard hours for in-person transactions, including the Just Walk Out markets.
Additional Information:
Campus Stored Value Accounts (SVAs), including Dining Dollars, Triton Cash, Community, Perq, and other stored value accounts, will remain fully operational for in person point of sale transactions during the maintenance window. Online services associated with these accounts may be unavailable until maintenance is complete.
