ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with New Triton Advising (NTA). We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure our services have been restored.
Recent issues regarding accessing the New Triton Advising system and processing academic background forms have been addressed. Please be advised that the deadline for new Students submitting academic background information via NTA has been extended to July 15th.
ITS is continuing to investigate the cause of issues with New Triton Advising. Thank you for your continued patience as our team works to restore these services as quickly as possible. Updates and additional details will be shared here as they become available.

New Triton Advising (NTA) - Some Fall 26 college freshmen and transfer students are experiencing the following intermittent issues:
NTA Access Error : Message indicates "Virtual Advising Center is only for undergraduate students and graduate students in certain departments." Completing the email verification step of the NTA workflow. Completing the Academic Background form of the NTA workflow
We are in the process of correcting the problems and will be reaching out to any students experiencing this. We will also be communicating with their Academic Advisors so that they are aware of the issue.
